For the proper inboard outboard motor conversion with transom rebuild inside/outside budget for a 26-27ft boat starts from $20,000-$25,000 (outboard flotation bracket with swimming platform, labor, materials for the transom reinforcement) and takes in general up to about 2-3 months if boat has no any issues. It does not include outboard motors, rigging, electronics or any other parts and services. 
Every boat and it’s condition is different and needs different engineering and project approach, especially if there are special requests.
